Dear Exhibitor, thank you for your participation in SIAL China 2012!
After a successful first edition in 2011, the Coffee Cup by Sial contest is organised at Montreal in 2012!! Open to non-exhibitors as well!
The first edition of SIAL Brazil – Latin American International Food Show – scheduled from June 25 to 28, 2012, at the Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, already shows very positive numbers. The area reserved for collective exhibitors already has the confirmed participation of 14 countries: France, Italy, Spain, India, Germany, Turkey, Netherlands, Switzerland, United States, China, Algeria, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Argentina.
The show, which is focused in the Brazilian and Latin American Food and Drink markets, has already 80% of its space reserved and expected to reach 100% up to February, 2012. Up to this moment, all the international stands add up together an area of 3.000 square meters and the expectations are that more than 200 brands from all continents will be present in the event. “These numbers clearly show how well the event has been accepted in the market and the new strong position of Brazil in the international economic scenery,” says Fabricio Baroni, manager of Commercial Division at BTS Informa.
He also adds that the impressive participation of companies from other countries confirms the interest of the world, not only in the Brazilian Market, but also the Latin American market that have become strategic places for new investments.
The Brazilian companies have also noticed this movement and increased their interest to participate in the show. “This segment has a fierce competition for the sales point and the consumer’s preference, so staying out of SIAL BRAZIL can mean losing space in the point of sales and being forgotten by the consumer.”
“The retailers and final consumers also gain from this because certainly we will have a more interesting product mix being offered. The national events catering the food and drinks Market were not presenting the same quality and tendencies”, emphasizes Baroni.
Companies interested in leasing areas of the show, should contact through e-mail [email protected] or by telephone +33 (0)1 76 77 14 85 . More information on the show can be found in our site www.sialbrazil.com
