The expectations surrounding SIAL Brazil 2012 increase as the time of the event approaches. A total of 12 thousand visitors are expected and they will be able to check the news and world trends of the food and drink sectors during the 4 days of the show in São Paulo.
The show is focused in the Brazilian and Latin American retail and food service for the food and beverage sectors and will count with more than 400 exhibiting brands from 33 countries, distributed in international pavilions inside the 12 thousand square meters of the Expo Center Norte.
According to Fabricio Baroni, Director of BTS Informa, the show will bring new concepts. “SIAL Brazil is a new proposal for the food and drink market in Latin America. The visitors will have a unique opportunity to contact the world suppliers. It will truly be an international show, organized in Brazil, and with the same appeal of SIAL in the world: Innovation”, he comments.

Besides the exhibition of products and solutions, SIAL Brazil will have other attractions like the Business Meetings, with the presence of buyers from all Latin America, and SIAL Innovation, a show with the most innovative products from the exhibitors, selected by a panel of international specialists. The conferences with the professionals of the market complete the extra activities of the show.
The International Food Tradeshow for Latin America (SIAL Brazil) happens at the same time as the Fispal Food Service, from June 25 to 28, from 1pm to 9pm.

SIAL Brazil 2013 will be officially launched in October during SIAL Paris
BTS Informa and the French group Comexposium have just announced of the 2013 edition of SIAL Brazil – The 2nd International Tradeshow for Food in Latin America. The official announcement to the market will be done during SIAL Paris, which happens from October 21 to 25 in Paris. The main executives from the two organizing companies will be present. The second edition of SIAL Brazil will take place from June 25 to 28, 2013 at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.
