SIAL 2012 aims to enhance all exhibitors’ innovations through promotion and discovery: SIAL Innovation – in partnership with XTC World Innovation for the purpose of interpreting consumer trends and innovations in the global food industry – means around 1,000 products presented, 400 of which are selected, and SIAL d’Or awards. These awards acknowledge innovations that have become commercial successes in the national markets of the 30 countries represented. SIAL Innovation and SIAL d’Or will be held jointly for the first time, thus providing a better overview of innovation.
Also new is an exclusive unique partnership with a major store brand, which will select products from SIAL Innovation 2012 for distribution in some 1,000 stores throughout France for the duration of the exhibition.
